Account
How do I make changes to my MakeItPro™ Account?
To make changes to your MakeItPro™ Account, go to your name (located in the upper right corner of the site), click on it and Select Account from your drop-down menu. The Edit Account screen will open. Under the General Settings tab you can update your first name, last name, email, password, date of birth, zip/postal code and country. If you are an Athlete or Fan you can also go to the Notifications tab and indicate whether you want to receive game notifications or not. Once you have made the change to your Account, click on the Update button.
Activate
How do I activate my MakeItPro™ account?
To activate your MakeItPro™ account, go to your email account that you used to register with MakeItPro™. Go to your Inbox, open the message from MakeItPro™ titled, "Confirm Your Email Address" and click on the link at the end of the message. You will then be taken through a short series of screens that allow you to include additional information and invite your friends to join you on the site. You can also opt to skip these screens and go directly to your Profile page.
Blogs
How do I post a Blog on my MakeItPro™ Profile?
Go to your Profile page and click on the Post A Blog link, located in the Blog section of your profile. The Blog page will open. The system will prompt you to provide the information for - Title, Who Can View and Who Can Comment. Click inside the Body text box and write your blog. If you want your Blog to appear in your scrapbook, select the Add to My Scrapbook check box before you click on the Post button.
How do I add a Blog to my Scrapbook?
There are two ways you can add your Blog to your Scrapbook. After you are done writing your Blog, click the Add to Your Scrapbook check box (located just below the Blog window) and click the Create button. This will save your newly created Blog to the Blog section of your profile and publish it in your Scrapbook.
You can also add your Blog to your Scrapbook after the Blog has been written. Simply open the Blog you wish to share and select the Add to My Scrapbook link (located at the top of the Blog).
How do I share my Blog?
You can share your Blog with your friends after the Blog has been written. Simply open the Blog you wish to share and select the Share link (located at the top of the Blog). A separate window will open. Enter the email addresses of the people you'd like to share the Blog with in the To text field (separated by commas), enter the Title of your Blog in the Subject text field and, if you like, write a short message in the Message text box. Now, click the Send button.
Connections
How do I find out who my MakeItPro™ Connections are?
To find out who your MakeItPro™ Connections are go to your drop-down menu (located in the upper right corner of the site) and Click on Connections. The Connections screen will open. You can now click on any of the tabs displayed -- Friends & Inner Circle, Friends, Inner Circle, Blocked and Fans to see the name and picture of everyone you are currently connected to in that particular category. You can even look for other people on MakeItPro™ that you may know by clicking on the Find People on MakeItPro™ button or even invite your friends to join you on MakeItPro™ by clicking on the Invite People button.

Go to your Profile page and click on the Add New Friends link, located in the Connections section of your profile or on the Invite Friends button, located just above your Scrapbook. The Invite Friends page will open. Here you can invite your friends to join you on MakeItPro™ a couple of different ways. 1. Enter your friend's email address 2. Import your friend's email address from your email address book After the information has been entered or selected, click on the Invite button. Once your friends receive their invitations they will be able to join you on MakeItPro™!
How do I find my friends who are already part of MakeItPro™?
Go to your Profile page and click on the Connections link, located in the Connections section of your profile or on the Connections link, located above your Scrapbook. The Find People on MakeItPro™ page will open. Here you can invite your friends to join you on MakeItPro™ a couple of different ways. 1. Enter your friend's email address 2. Import your friend's email address from your email address book After the information has been entered or selected, click on the Invite button. Once your friends receive their invitations they will be able to join you on MakeItPro™!

Game Model
What is the MakeItPro™ game model?
In the MakeItPro™ game, you can earn points by adding friends, joining groups, uploading photos and videos, writing and posting blogs and being as active as you can be on the site. The more points you earn, the closer you get to making it to the Hall of Fame level.
What do you get for making it to the Hall of Fame?
The first user in each country to make it to the Hall of Fame level will earn a college scholarship! See terms and conditions for further details.
What are all of the levels in the game?
Each player starts out as a Scrub and then moves up to Redshirt, Rookie, Starter, All-Star, MVP, Semi-Pro, Pro, Superstar, and ultimately ... the Hall of Fame. You can see how far you are to the next level by hovering your cursor on the bar by your game model trophies. Also, the star by your level and point total will full up to become completely orange by teh time you reach the Hall of Fame.
How do I prevent pop-up notifications about my progress in the MakeItPro™ game?
Go to Account in the drop-down at the top right hand corner of the page where your name appears. On the Edit Account page, you will see two tabs titled General Settings and Notifications. Click on the Notifications tab.
If you no longer want to receive pop-ups about the points you earn and the progress you're making from being a Scrub to becoming a Hall of Famer, select No, under Game Notifications.
Groups
How do I find a Group to join?
Go to your Groups and Teams section of your Profile page. Click on the Browse Existing Groups link. The Groups page will open. You can do one of two things to locate the Group you wish to join. 1. Click inside the text box that says Search by Group Name. Enter the name of the Group you want to join and click the Search button. The system will return a list of possible matches. Click on the Group you wish to join. The Group's page will open. Select the Join This Group button. The system will verify that you're request has been sent to the Group's Administrator. 2. Click on the Browse All Groups button. The list of Groups in MakeItPro™ will be displayed. Locate and click on the Group you wish to join. The Group's page will open. Select the Join This Group button. The system will verify that you're request has been sent to the Group's Administrator.
How do I start my own Group?
Go to your Groups and Teams section of your Profile page. Click on the Create A Group link. The Create Group page will open. The system will prompt you to provide the information for - Group Name, Location, Description, Group Privacy, Group Invitation, Group Schedule. Click theCreate button. The system will now generate your Group page, which you can now populate with events, photos, videos and other information.
How do I invite people to join my Group?
Go to your Groups and Teams section of your Profile page. Click on the Invite Others link. The Invite Others to Join window will open. From here you can invite people to join your group by entering their email address manually, adding addresses from your Yahoo or Gmail account and selecting the check box next to existing MakeItPro members. Click on the Invite button. The system will confirm that your invitations have been sent. If you wish to invite someone else to join your group, Click on the Invite More People button. You can also return to your Group by choosing the Go to Group Profile.
How do I make my Group private or public?
Go to Edit Page in the top right hand corner of your Group’s page or to Edit under the Group’s profile photo. On the Edit Group Profile page, you will see tabs titled About, Photo, Features, Permissions, and Appearance. Click on the Permissions tab. Under Group Privacy, you can designate who can view, join and post content on the groups page. You can also designate whether other group members can invite users to join the group or schedule events.
How do I link Groups, Teams and Sports Zones to my Group?
Click on See All in the Linked Groups, Teams and Sports Zones miplet on your Group’s page. Then click on the Link to… button in the top right hand corner of the Linked Groups, Teams and Sports Zones page. A list of all of the public Groups and Teams of which you are personally a member will pop up. Select a Group or Team you would like to link with by clicking the box on the left side of the Group or Team’s name. If you would like to have blogs shared between the Group or Team, click on the box on the right side in the Share Blog column.
How do I make certain features appear on my Group's page, but no others
Go to Edit Page in the top right hand corner of your Group’s page or to Edit under the Group’s profile photo. On the Edit Group Profile page, you will see tabs titled About, Photo, Features, Permissions, and Appearance. Click on Features. You can choose whether or not you want the Activity Feed, Blog, Wall, Linked Groups and Teams, Group Members, Photos, and Videos miplets to appear on your Team’s page. Simply deselect whichever miplets you would not like to appear on the page and click Save.
Members
How do I find other MakeItPro members that I may know?
Go to Community drop-down menu and select Members. The Members page will open. From here you can search for other MakeItPro members by entering their name or email address in the Search by Name or Email Address text box. Click on the Search button. The Members window will open. The system will present any members that match part of all of your search criteria in alphabetical order. Once you locate the person you are searching for you can Add them as a Friend, Become a Fan or Send them a Message by selecting the corresponding link to the right of their name.
Photos
How do I add photos to my profile?
Go to your Photos section of your Profile page and click on the Upload Photos button. The Upload Photos page will open. Click the Browse button, locate the photo that you wish to add to the Photos section of your Profile (you can add up to eight photos at a time) and click the Upload button. The system will then prompt you to add a Title, Description and Tags to each of your photos. Once you've completed this task, click on the Save button and you are good to go.
What do I do if I want to delete a photo from my profile
Go to the Photos section of your Profile and click on the photo that you wish to delete. The Photos page will open. Click on the Delete link, located below the photo. The system will then prompt you to confirm that you want to delete the photo, click on the OK button. Once you've completed this task, the photo will be deleted from your profiles.
How do I add a photo to my Scrapbook?
Go to the Photos section of your Profile and click on the photo that you want to add to your Scrapbook. The photo you selected will open in a separate window. Go to the lower right corner of the photo, click on the Add to link and select Scrapbook from its drop-down menu. The system will generate a confirmation message once the photos has been added to your Scrapbook.
How do I share my Photos?
You can share your Photos with your friends after the Photos has been uploaded. Simply access the Photo you wish to share and select the Share link (located just below the Photo window). A separate window will open. Enter the email addresses of the people you'd like to share the Photo with in the To text field (separated by commas), enter the Name of your Photo in the Subject text field and, if you like, write a short message in the Message text box. Now, click the Send button.
Profile
How do I upload my profile picture?
Login to your MakeItPro™ account and go to your Profile. Click on the link titled, "Edit", located below the default profile picture. The Edit Profile page will open. Select the Profile tab, click on the Choose File button, select your picture and click the Upload button.
How do I change my profile picture?
Login to your MakeItPro™ account and go to your Profile. Click on the link titled, "Edit", located below your current profile picture. The Edit Profile page will open. Select the Profile tab, click on the Choose File button, select your new picture and click the Upload button.
How do I complete my profile information?
Login to your MakeItPro™ account and go to your Profile. Click on the link titled, "Edit", located below the default profile picture or the Edit button, located just above your Scrapbook. The Edit Profile page will open. Click on each of the tabs - About Me, Portrait, Schools, Teams, Favorite Stuff, Privacy and Permissions, Sharing and Appearance - and fill out and save the required information.
How do I edit my profile information?
Login to your MakeItPro™ account and go to your Profile. Click on the link titled, "Edit", located below the default profile picture. The Edit Profile page will open. Click on the tab that contains the information you wish to change, enter your updates and click on the Save button.
Registration
How do I register for a MakeItPro™ account?
To register for a MakeItPro™ account, go to www.MakeItPro.com and simply click on the Get One Here link. The Register for MakeItPro™ window will then open. Fill out all of the required information - your full name, email, password, gender and birthday. Review MakeItPro™ 's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and then click the submit button.
Teams
How do I find a Team to join?
Go to your Groups and Teams section of your Profile page. Click on the Browse Existing Teams link. The Teams page will open. You can do one of two things to locate the Team you wish to join. 1. Click inside the text box that says Search by Team Name. Enter the name of the Team you want to join and click the Search button. The system will return a list of possible matches. Click on the Team you wish to join. The Team's page will open. Select the Join This Team button. The system will verify that you are now a member of the Team. The system will verify that you're request has been sent to the Team's Administrator. You can also Search for a Team by Sport. A list of potential sports is located just below the Search button. Simply click in the check box of your Sport and click on the Search button. The system will then display any teams directly affiliated with that sport, which are currently part of MakeItPro™. 2. Click on the Browse All Teams button. The list of Teams in MakeItPro™ will be displayed. Locate and click on the Team you wish to join. The Team's page will open. Select the Join This Team button. The system will verify that you're request has been sent to the Team's Administrator.
How do I start my own Team?
Go to your Groups and Teams section of your Profile page. Click on the Create A Team link. The Create Team page will open. The system will prompt you to provide the information for - Team Name, Association, Description, Sport, Level Gender, Zip, Country, Team Privacy and Team Schedule. Click the Create button. The system will now generate your Team page, which you can now populate with events, photos, videos and other information.
How do I make my Team private or public?
Go to Edit Page in the top right hand corner of your Team’s page or to Edit under the Team’s profile photo. On the Edit Team Profile page, you will see tabs titled About, Photo, Features, Permissions, and Appearance. Click on the Permissions tab. Under Team Privacy, you can designate who can view, join and post content on the groups page. You can also designate whether or not all team members can schedule events, or just the Team’s Creator and Administrators.
How do I link Groups, Teams and Sports Zones to my Team?
Clink on See All in the Linked Groups, Teams and Sports Zones miplet on your Team’s page. A list of all of the public Groups and Teams of which you are personally a member will pop up. How do I add videos to my profile?
Go to your Profile page and click on the link located in the Video section of your profile. Page 1 of the Videos page will open. The system will then prompt you to add a Title, Description, Tags and date the video was Taken On. Click on the Next button. Page 2 of the Videos page will open. Click on the Browse button, select your video and click on the Upload button. Once you've completed this task, click on the Save button and you are good to go.
What do I do if I want to delete a photo from my profile?
Go to the Videos section of your Profile page and click on the video that you wish to delete. The Videos page will open. Click on the Delete link, located below the video. The system will then prompt you to confirm that you want to delete the video, click on the OK button. Once you've completed this task, the video will be deleted from your profiles.
How do I add a photo to my Scrapbook?
Go to the Videos section of your Profile and click on the video that you want to add to your scrapbook. The video you selected will open in a separate window. Go to the lower right corner of the video, click on the Add to link and select Scrapbook.
How do I share my Videos?
